100% oil that comes from olives Εdible, filtered This oil is particularly suitable to be used raw (salads), as well as towards the end of the cooking procedure. Frying temperature of 145°C should not be exceeded. If it is intended for use with frozen products, make sure to remove the ice thoroughly. Extra virgin olive oil is very sensitive to natural and artificial light. Store at room temperature (+/-20°C), away from sunlight. Close the container well after each use. Olive oil becomes cloudy under 8°C. This does not affect its quality.
