Placing an Order, Products Availability & Substitute Items

Sodexo Cyprus does not sell Products to children under the age of 18 on this Site although it may sell Products suitable for children to adults. By ordering Products you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. A valid ID can be requested at the time of delivery or collection.

In order to purchase Products, you must submit a valid Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. You warrant that the payment card you submit is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment provider. Sodexo Cyprus is not responsible in the event that your payment card provider refuses to authorise payments.

Products are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable and you have indicated that you will accept a substitute product, an alternative will be supplied. This may affect the price you pay, however the final price will be equal or less to the original web order value.  If there are are no available substitute items within the same price range or lower, then no substitute will be given.  You can reject and return any substitute item back to any Forces Store by presenting your original receipt. We will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute.

Prices & Shipping Charges

You will be charged the prices of goods as presented on our site at the time of your purchase.  Prices do not incude any shipping charges.  You will be presented to the relevant shipping charges for Click & Collect or Delivery during the checkout process.

We do not deliver to addresses outside the British Bases in Cyprus.
