Mission Wraps Original 370gr

A round flat bread, can be used to wrap up any kind of food to choice. Flour and all the ingredients are mixed with water. Dough pH and temperature are checked frequently. Then the dough is turn into round balls and these are pressed and baked. When the tortillas are cold are counted and packed into bags. pH, moisture, temperature and water activity of the tortillas are checked. Then the bags are introduced into boxes. The boxes are palletized.
